In the very beginning, we use bamboo noddle to produce the traditional Cantonese Wonton noodle. As we always insist to use the best flour to produce the best product to our customers. We can assure that no additives are added. Our noodle has high tendency with golden color.

The most famous products are Cantonese Wonton noodle and Wonton skin. One of the characteristics is our Cantonese Wonton noodle requires very short cooking time and good to serve with soup. Our Cantonese Wonton skin is very smooth with great texture.
